    Backup Routines
    We can provide many different solutions to your back-up requirements. Some of the different types of backup include: Complete image to CD-ROM / DVD ROM, Backing up to a network hard drive, Removable hard drive IDE caddys, Off-site backups and Zip drives.
    Formatting your Hard Drive
    Having your computer's hard drive formatted and re-loaded with your essential software and operating system, can solve a vast number of computer related problems. We take all precautions possible to ensure the integrity of your data. Formatting ( erasing ) your hard drive entirely will bring your system back to full speed, just like the day you first purchased it. Operating systems and software must be supplied and be legally your copy.

    From dial-up internet accounts to high speed ADSL connections, we can get you up and running in no time. Need a hand setting up your new connection? Don't know which Internet provider to choose? We can aslo implement Internet Sharing if required, so if you have more than one PC at home or at work and you wish to share the one connection with all your pc's, this can be done with minimal fuss.

    Network Installations and Troubleshooting
    We can install and configure a wide range of network devices to get you connected. Whether it be a small peer to peer network or a larger LAN including a server, we can get you up and running ASAP with full backup support. Operating systems supported: Windows 98, Windows 98SE, Windows 2000, Windows XP. We do not offer network support for Windows 95, Windows Millenium or Windows NT. Wireless networks are now available using the new 54mbs Wireless-G standard.

    Onsite Support and Assistance
    We pride ourselves in our ability to be there for you when you need us in the fastest possible time. Most onsite callouts are called upon with 2 hours. Emergencies naturally take precidence and we respond immediately to ensure you and your business are up and running again in the shortest possible time frame. Our telephones are manned from 8am to 8pm 6 days a week.     We have a nationally recognised trainer to train you or your staff in most IT fields. Whether it be from a home computer user learning to use their pc for the first time to a business needing to have their staff trained in a specific field, we can provide this service on-site in the workplace or in your home using your computer. So many people do courses and then find that when they go home a sit down at their computer, things are different...a different version of WIndows maybe or a different version of Word...we overcome this problem by conducting the training in an environment where the equipment is familiar to you.

    Having your PC cleaned and de-dusted on a regular basis can only improve the life of the machine. We carry out all cleaning on-site and with the utmost care. Removing all the dust from the internal working components of a computer is a must...dust forming on the components acts as an insulator which is detrimental to you computer...we want to keep your pc as cool as possible to increase it's stability, by removing the dust build up we can acheive this.

    Onsite Computer Repairs
    Most of our repairs are carried out onsite if possible. There maybe times when this is not a viable option, we then remove the pc from the site...perform the required repairs...and return your pc back on-site...plug it all back up...test it in your presence and you are ready to work again.

    Virus's are an ever increasing threat to our home and business computers. We aim to minimise this threat by using the latest technology available. There are certain rules of thumb which need to be followed in regards to emails and virus's. These rules and information are only a small part of what we can do to help you combat this problem.
